Hi! I´m Tracy!
With nearly 30 years in the education industry, I’ve taught and designed learning experiences for people of all ages, from early childhood to college-level students.
I’m professionally trained in curriculum design and delivery, and certified as a Director of Operations and Growthworks Marketing Consultant.
I devoted my career to supporting children with disabilities, their families, and the early childhood educators who care for them in inclusive settings.
I also raised three unique humans that required varied support to be successful in an educational setting. Both of these experiences guide the passion I have for the work I do today.
Now, I teach entrepreneurs how to take their expertise, package it up and sell it online without the overwhelm.
How Did I Get Here?

I Learned the Hard Way.
After creating courses for multiple organizations, colleges, and clients, I learned many valuable lessons, often the hard way, about what works and what doesn’t in course creation.
In the past I've created courses no one wanted to take. My boss received feedback that she really needed to hire a new instructor; and I've been passed over for teaching contracts because I just didn't have the credentials despite years of experience.
But I loved teaching and wasn't going to
just give up.
Instead I learned everything I could about how people learn, how to create community in diverse learning environments, and how to present information in a way that is digestible and actionable.
I invested thousands of dollares getting my Master of Art in Education (College Concentration), and graduated with my peers at the top of our class.
I continued to accept whatever teaching opportunities came my way to practice what I was learning.
It started to come together.
I came to better understand that you can know something really well and not be able to teach it. Being a subject matter expert is not enough... it's really only a start.
The truth is I didn't really know what knowledge I was missing until I was professionally trained. And since the course creation industry continues to soar...
