Hi! I´m Tracy!

I've been in the education industry for almost 30 years teaching & designing learning experiences for people of all ages, including at the college level.

I'm professionally trained in curriculum design and delivery, a certified director of operations and a certified Growthworks Marketing Consultant.

I devoted my career to supporting children with disabilities, their families, and the early childhood educators who care for them in inclusive settings.

I also raised three unique humans that required varied support to be successful in an educational setting. Both of these experiences guide the passion I have for the work I do today.

Now, I teach entrepreneurs how to take their expertise, package it up and sell it online without the overwhelm.

How did I get here?

I learned the hard way.

After creating courses for multiple organizations, colleges, and clients, I've learned more about what not to do when creating a course than I care to admit.

In the past I've created courses no one wanted to take. My boss received feedback that she really needed to hire a new instructor; and I've been passed over for teaching contracts because I just didn't have the credentials despite years of experience.

But I loved teaching and wasn't going to

just give up.

Instead I learned everything I could about how people learn, how to create community in diverse learning environments, and how to present information in a way that is digestible and actionable.

I invested thousands of dollares getting my Master of Art in Education (College Concentration), and graduated with my peers at the top of our class.

I continued to accept whatever teaching opportunities came my way to practice what I was learning.

It started to come together.

I came to better understand that you can know something really well and not be able to teach it. Being a subject matter expert is not enough... it's really only a start.

The truth is I didn't really know what knowledge I was missing until I was professionally trained. And since the course creation industry continues to soar...

I now see an opportunity to help others.

Do I have to attend all the live calls?

No. 9 calls are teaching calls and 3 are open implementation calls. All calls are recorded and you can submit questions in advance.

What kind of course will I be creating?
